All UK orders are sent on a tracked and signed for service with Royal Mail or Hermes. 

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 3pm BST on any day.

Please Notify Diverse Blend by email or phone if you do not receive your order after 7 days within the UK, after 14 days outside of the UK. Diverse Blend will complete an investigation with the relevant courier to trace your order, this may require additional information which Customer Services will request. If we are unable to trace your order we may offer a replacement, possibly to the Billing Address only, or Store Credit if a replacement is not suitable or available. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the United Kingdom these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Due to restrictions shipping certain products to destinations off the mainland United Kingdom, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case,Diverse Blend will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.
